Thunder tea rice. An uncommon ( because i didnt see it around at all) Hakka dish. It is rice with different types of diced vegetables and roasted peanuts, served with a bowl of soup brewed with green tea paste (i think). I had a taste of it today. Wasnt bad at all ( for me because im a sucker for health food).

However, from what i have heard, not many folks like it. It isnt hard to figure out why. Try saying out loud the name of the dish in Hokkien. It sounds almost vulgar. Then again, most words in Hokkien sounds vulgar ( ask my brother). But why the name? Am i missing out on Thunder bird chicken rice or something?

The ingredients that the stall had provided are indeed good. All the ingredients used are essential to our immune system, especially it helps in detoxification of our body. Not only that, it do helps in our diet as the food are all in vegetables. The Ngai, which is very good for woman as it helps to strength our body, especially mothers after giving birth. It is really good food and affordable as well. For those suffering from constipation, I would strongly recommend it. I can enjoy the good food without paying high price.

Initially when I look at the Thunder Tea that serve at the stall, I hesitate when I look at the colour, but after trying it several times, the thunder tea is a very good food with all the natural ingredients used without any flavourings. The food really helps in my diet as it is a truly "Slimming tea" and it is affordable as well. I do not have to pay to go slimming centre now. Taking the food daily help in my figure. Two thumbs up for the food. For all ladies looking for a slim figure without any physical and mental suffering, I would recommend to take this food regularly.

I realised that i have an untapped cash cow that will appeal to our slimming crazed society. The " sit on your butt all day, no need to exercise but still lose weight" mentality . Truly, Uniquely Singapore.
