What to do when Deepavali and Hari Raya fall on the same week???
Go on a short break with the entire family. I love my large family. More people to share the fun with. With more on the way, we need more chairs for the next gathering.
The 3 days made me realised that,
1) I should never take any pictures without make up on.
2) We are quite a narcissistic bunch.
3) We all know how to have a helluva fun time* the incident at the bowling alley was incredibly hilarious.BTW I dont forsee housekeeping as my career.*
4) Family gathering = Junk food central. I am so stuffed with cocos, cookies, sweets and chips. I should go on a detox immediately.
5) My self control ability is disgraceful. I am all junk-ed up now.
6) I cant multi-task. Never carry a conversation while playing mahjong. I lost a lot of money being distracted.
The home away from home. I love it there. Next to the beach and the trees are everywhere.Bringing the kids to the playground is always a blast.Beautiful girls.Moments like these are priceless.
.......Activities.......
We are big fans of mahjong. Looks like we need to buy more mahjong tables for the coming new year.
These 2 look more like soccer players than bowlers. LOL
Lil strawberry shortcake did such a lovely job at braiding my hair. I cant resist not putting this picture up.
The 2 wunderkins @ playtime.
The impromtu bowling competition was a classic! Our punishment was to be housekeepers for the day and prepare breakfast. However sleeping on the cold hard floor was punishing enough.
It was nice that everyone took time out of their hectic lives and hung out. I had tons of fun.
Looking forward to the next gathering and more booze!!
