    *starts to drink heavily.*

I figure out the only way to numb myself from the pain of illness is to drink heavily. Well that, and i still have half a bottle of vodka to go.

So here i go typing this semi-sane piece.

As some of you curious cats out there, the reason why im sick is because of the Jurong water park. I went there with my cousins and got a cold. So here i am...lazing around and have not been working for 2 days.

There is no good tv.. the only channel i could watch the whole day is Discovery Travel and Adventure. I totally give up any traces of hope that Channel 5 or 8 would come up with some good programs. Bascially i feel that all the local productions are just same storylines or themes with different characters. Its always good over evil, family is the best blah blah blah. COme on.. Give us a break... Isnt it enough that our MORALS have to be taught in school? LOL And now tv brainwash. Geez.. Civics Morals... Move aside parents. We are going to teach your kids all about BGR.. How to say Thank you.. And if they have any questions on birds and bees, we would just demostrate with a skeleton from the Biology lab.

I remembered when i was in Sec 3 and we were having a "discussion" on BGR and i had an opinion about something "As always" and basically the teacher just overturned what i thought and made us listen to her. Good way to go. Maybe we should just have the Cultural Revolution like China. Not much difference.

I watched The Terminal yesterday. I brought a hood jacket with me and at the end of the movie.. my hood was trenched with tears. I really like Tom Hanks. When i watched Forrest Gump, i had the same reaction. The character he portrayed in the latest movie was very well written. Maybe i was touched over his devotion to his father and his thoughtfulness to Amelia. A person who never give up and adapts to his environment. I know that certain parts of the movie is not very realistic but damn... i think i desperately want to believe the good of the world. This movie also portrays that the human nature is vibrant and compassionate. Go watch it if you can. Good material for sociology buffs.
